Purpose & Client Group: To reconnect young people with their families, education/employment and their communities. This program has an Indigenous focus and is specific to the Murgon and Cherbourg areas.

Targets: Young people who are 10 to 18 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and their families with a particular focus on Indigenous young people and their families.
