The Early Intervention/Prevention program is funded by the Queensland Department of Communities and targets young people aged 12 to 25 years of age who are living within the South Burnett region.
The purpose of the program is to prevent youth homelessness and to improve and enhance skills towards long term sustainable economic independence as functioning adults of the community.
